Terms & Conditions

For Core, Plus and Complete members.

In order to be eligible, members must complete the following:

  • Sign a Facet Planning agreement on or after September 11, 2024.
  • Complete initial onboarding through the Facet application within 7 days of signing
  • Complete all requested documents and data uploads
  • Schedule and attend your first meeting with a Facet Planner to discuss your individual financial planning needs.

For Foundations members.

In order to be eligible, Foundations members must complete the following:

  • Sign a Facet Planning agreement on or after October 1, 2024.
  • Complete initial onboarding steps through the Facet application (submit your information to Facet team to build your roadmap) within 7 days of signing
  • Complete all requests for documents and data from Facet team required to build your roadmap
  • Offer is good for up to 30 days from receipt of Facet Planning Agreement that includes Money Back Guarantee offer.
  • Facet reserves the right to cancel or change the Money Back Guarantee terms and conditions or availability for Foundations members at any time.

For all members.

If all of these items are complete and a member is not satisfied with their experience at Facet, they can request to cancel their Facet membership and receive a full refund of the annual planning fees by filling out the cancellation form located in their Facet dashboard. Refund requests must be received within 30 days of the date the fee was charged. No other expenses, or market losses will be waived or reimbursed under this guarantee.

By requesting a refund, the member acknowledges that they are canceling their Facet membership and will no longer have access to the Facet dashboard. Members also acknowledge that Post the initial 30 day money back guarantee, all Facet memberships are non-refundable for the remainder of the annual subscription period. Facet reserves the right to discontinue or modify this guarantee in the future at any time in its sole discretion. In order to process your refund, you must make your request online. The cancellation request can be found by clicking on “Profile” on the member dashboard, then “Membership & Billing”; then “Cancel Membership”.
