Joel is a Senior Lead Planner at Facet with his CFP® designation. He brings energy to the financial industry and believes everybody deserves a chance at financial freedom. Helping people set inspiring and attainable goals will always be his passion. Prior to joining Facet, Joel served as a Senior Financial Advisor with Vanguard Personal Advisor Services in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Outside of work Joel enjoys playing sports, traveling, and spending time with his spouse, Samantha. Originally from Chicago, he is still a fan of every Chicago sports team. He spends his free time competing in triathlons, playing pickleball, or leading Men’s Bible studies.

Who inspires you?
People that are willing to take risk and work hard. Anyone that has put in the time and effort to perfect their craft.
If you could visit anywhere in the world you've never been, where would you go?
I would love to visit every football, basketball, and hockey stadium in the US.
What are you currently watching on Netflix?
My wife and I love to watch crime shows together. Some of our favorites have been Chuck, Blacklist, and Mentalist.
What's the coolest thing you're working on right now?
Balancing a professional career, physical goals, and family life. Training to complete a full ironman Triathlon someday while also being the best Father to my kids every single day.
