Laura is a Senior Lead Planner at Facet and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional with over 8 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Facet, Laura worked at a large firm providing comprehensive financial planning to high net-worth individuals. She is passionate about educating her clients and helping them to achieve their goals and dreams.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and volunteering. She resides in Minnesota with her husband and their two dogs. When she isn’t exploring Minnesota, you can find Laura volunteering with a local dog rescue. She and her family enjoy hosting foster dogs while they look for their new home!

Where's your favorite place in the world?
My family cabin in Northern Wisconsin. It’s on a lake in a National Forest. We spent lots of summers there growing up. Now I get to enjoy it as an adult and see my niece and nephews (and dogs) enjoy it with us.
If you were a crayon, what color would you be?
Macaroni and Cheese – fitting because I grew up in Wisconsin and love cheese, and the golden yellow color reflects my bright, happy personality!
What are you passionate about?
Dog rescue. In addition to having two rescue dogs, my husband and I have fostered 40 dogs… and counting!
What are you currently watching on Netflix?
The World’s Most Amazing Vacation Rentals. My husband and I love to travel so we are watching to get inspired for our next big trip!
