This offer is valid for any new or existing Facet Wealth, Inc. (“Facet’) client who signs up through a customized Facet referral link by 12/31/2022.

Facet reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice and can terminate this offer at any time. Additional terms and conditions, or eligibility criteria may apply.

• In order to be eligible to receive a benefit from making a referral, the person must be a current, paying client of Facet.
• The Facet client must use a valid referral link in order to be eligible for the benefit of the program.
• The client will receive the benefit of the program if the person who was referred signs up to become a paying client of Facet and signs up for an annual, non-refundable membership.
• The referred person understands that the Facet client making the referral is being compensated for the referral by a discount in their annual membership fee.
• For the person being referred, if they sign up with Facet for an annual, non-refundable membership they will then receive a discount worth 2 months of fees on that membership.  Regardless of the billing option (quarterly or annual), if that client renews for a second year of service, they will receive a discount for that second year worth one month of fees.
• The offer is non-transferable and must come directly from a Facet client to the person who may receive the offer.
• For referring clients, the benefit is capped at 12 months of service discounts during an annual term.
