Chris Hufman is the Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Facet.

Chris has over 25 years of experience scaling and leading complex operations teams, including back-office processing, intermediary support, and high-value client service.

Before joining Facet, he held multiple leadership roles at T. Rowe Price, where he managed individual and institutional services, established business capability oversight teams, and led regional operations.

Chris is an expert in financial services operations, regulatory compliance, and organizational scaling. He specializes in building the operational infrastructure necessary to support high-growth financial institutions.

Chris holds an MBA from the University of Tampa and a BA from the University of California, San Diego.
