Darshan Patel - Chief Financial Officer

Prior to becoming CFO, Darshan served as Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at Facet for two years. Preceding Facet, Darshan worked at Barclays for eight years after graduating from Cornell University in 2014 with a Bachelors of Science in Applied Economics and Management. He worked in the investment banking division, specifically in the Restructuring & Finance group. While on the team, he spearheaded numerous distressed financings, restructuring advisories, and distressed M&A transactions across a variety of different industries. During his time at Barclays, Darshan rose from an Analyst to a Vice President and the staffer for his team. He also created a mobile app called Game Plan, which allowed individuals and organizations to easily plan events.
