Paul Martin is the Chief Technology Officer at Facet, where he is reimagining the intersection of financial planning and technology through AI-native architectures. At Facet, Paul orchestrates the firm’s evolution into an agent-driven enterprise, aligning cutting-edge AI capabilities with a robust technical infrastructure to deliver a more proactive and personalized member experience, redefining how expert financial guidance is provided at scale.

He leads the integration of agentic workflows and autonomous operations to transform data into personalized, real-time financial outcomes. A veteran entrepreneur and architect of scale with decades of experience, Paul is democratizing world-class advice through a technical roadmap rooted in machine intelligence and hyper-scalable engineering.

Before joining Facet, Paul spent much of his career defining high-stakes growth in the tech sector, notably leading Sequoia Software through its IPO and subsequent acquisition by Citrix. He also served as CTO for Workspace.com and Artifact Software, consistently cultivating the high-performance engineering cultures that turn startups into industry standards.
