Shruti Joshi

Shruti Joshi is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Facet and a member of the company’s Board of Directors.

An operator, strategist, and early investor in the business, Shruti joined Facet in 2021 to lead its transformation into a category-defining, tech-enabled consumer subscription platform. She oversees enterprise strategy, product execution, and the integration of data science and AI to drive non-linear productivity and member value.

Prior to Facet, Shruti was a Partner at Altman Vilandrie & Co. (now Altman Solon), where she built a specialized practice focused on subscription business growth. She also led growth and retention for Verizon FiOS, significantly accelerating revenue velocity and market adoption.

Shruti is recognized for her expertise in developing proprietary operational systems for sustainable scale, brand equity, and the application of early-stage AI in consumer financial services.

In addition to Facet, Shruti serves on the Board of Directors of Buckle Inc. (NYSE: BKE) and TVision Insights.

Education:

She holds MBAs from Columbia Business School and London Business School, and a BS from the University of Southern California.
