Shruti Joshi

Shruti Joshi is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Facet and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. An early investor in the firm, she joined Facet in 2021 and has led its transformation into a category-defining, fintech platform built around a consumer subscription model.

As President and COO, Shruti orchestrates enterprise strategy, product development, go-to-market execution, brand, and member experience while spearheading the integration of  artificial intelligence and data science to drive non-linear productivity and member value. She has played a central role in rebuilding and scaling the business, driving growth, retention, and operational efficiency while institutionalizing long-term brand equity.

Shruti has spent her career designing operational systems that enable rapid, efficient and sustainable growth, both as a consumer technology founder and Fortune 15 executive. Earlier in her career, she was a Partner at Altman Vilandrie & Co. (now Altman Solon), where she built and led a specialized practice focused on subscription business growth. Her work included integrating data science and early applications of AI to drive scale – an approach she continues to expand at Facet.

Before joining Facet, Shruti held leadership roles at Verizon Communications, where she led growth and retention for Verizon FiOS and Home Solutions, exceeding adoption targets while reducing acquisition costs and accelerating revenue velocity.

In addition to Facet, Shruti serves on the Board of Directors of Buckle Inc. (NYSE: BKE) and TVision Insights, and previously served on the Board of Directors for Syntactx (now NAMSA).

Education:

She holds MBA degrees from Columbia Business School and London Business School, and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
