What's the best meal you've ever had?
With my strong Puerto Rican background, I would have to say a traditional, abuela-made mofongo is the best meal I’ve ever had. Growing up in Guayama, PR, mofongo was a special dish to have. The fried plantains with the juicy, seasoned meat and always a big slice of tropical avocado is a perfect meal to bond over.
What book, movie, music, etc. changed your outlook on life?
The book ‘12 Rules for Life: An Anecdote to Chaos’ by Jordan Peterson changed my whole perception of life back in 2019. It was one of the first books I got completely immersed in, studying each concept and realizing how each one applies to this life. I’ve read through twice, even writing my university thesis on it. 10/10 recommend,
What are you passionate about?
Growing up in a home where financial education wasn’t taught, I have been passionate since a teenager in financial education. I was super fortunate to grow up with my grandma who got me on the right track financially and it has been a mission of mine to help those around me get their life aligned with their goals.
Where's your favorite place in the world?
My absolute favorite place in the world in the island of Mauritius. It had been on my bucket list for ages and I finally took my first trip there in May 2024. I loved it so much I went back 3 times in 2024! Stunning beaches, amazing food, and such kind people!
