Rebecca has spent the last 18 years in various roles in retail banking. From customer facing sales roles, to Performance Consulting and eventually leading a retail team as the Head of Retail Banking. Along the way she has developed a passion for driving sales success, coaching and mentoring and building strong relationships with clients and co-workers.
She lives just outside Nashville, Tennessee, with her husband, two daughters, and far too many fur babies. When she is not working, you will find her spending time with her family and friends, reading, tending to her plants, or catching some live music.

Who has had the greatest influence on your career?
I have been incredibly lucky to have been able to work for amazing leaders in my career that really took the time to coach and mentor and pushed me early on outside of my comfort zone to help me grow.
