What's the best meal you've ever had?
When my wife and I were planning our wedding, we went to the catering company and got to choose about 25 different appetizers, entrees, and deserts. The chef prepared all our choices fresh and we had a feast. Best of all it was free (other than the actual catering bill for the wedding…). It wasn’t exactly a Michelin star restaurant but it was the best meal I’ve ever had.
What topic could you give an hour-long presentation on with little to no preparation?
The ineptitude of the Chicago Bears and their inability to put together a cohesive team in my entire 38 years of life. But I’m not mad about it…
What’s the top destination on your must-visit list?
Ireland/Scotland have always been my top bucket list destination. It’s part of my ancestry and I think it’s a beautiful part of the world. Hoping to plan a family trip there for my 40th birthday.
