Is there any experience you think everyone should be required to have? What is it?
While there’s no universal answer, one experience many people could deeply benefit from is working in a customer-facing role, like retail, food service, or hospitality. Dealing with people—especially difficult ones—teaches you patience, understanding, and emotional intelligence that people can use in any professional situation.
If you could have any skill in the world, what would it be?
If I could have any skill in the world, I’d choose the ability to understand and communicate any human language fluently—spoken, written, signed, you name it.
What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about helping people make sense of things – whether it’s understanding a tough concept, writing something meaningful, or solving a complex problem.
What's the best meal you've ever had?
A traditional Italian spaghetti made by my friend’s Italian grandmother in Italy.
