What is the best piece of advice you were ever given?

“When you don’t know where to go, go where you’re needed.”

If you could have any skill in the world, what would it be?

To have perfect recall, I’d be unstoppable at trivia night.

What book, movie, music, etc. changed your outlook on life?

The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. Great film. It changed my outlook on what it means to be “ready”. If you wait for the “perfect” time to do something, you’ll be waiting awhile and it may never come. Sometimes you just have to take the leap and you’ll surprise yourself about what you are capable of.

What’s the top destination on your must-visit list?

Chamonix, France to ski in the shadow of Mont Blanc. I’d love to test myself in the same terrain that generations of skiers and mountaineers did before me.
