Michele Wostbrock

Senior Lead Financial Planner

Michele Wostbrock

Michele graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Personal Finance in 2015 and has been helping individuals and families navigate their financial lives ever since. She is passionate about making financial planning approachable and empowering clients to make confident decisions that support their goals in a judgement-free zone. Michele enjoys building meaningful relationships and believes the best financial plans are rooted in trust, education and personalized advice. Outside of work, she and her husband are chasing around their toddler, Walt, and two dogs (who keep them much busier than the market ever could), traveling with her family or cheering on the Wisconsin Badgers. She believes life is all about balance and that financial plans should always leave room for experiences and great food.

Who has had the greatest influence on your career?

My dad and Grandpa John, who grew up as farmers, always reminded me to do the right thing, especially when no one was watching. They taught me the importance of integrity, hard work, and putting people and purpose before profit. These lessons have become the foundation of how I approach my life and career.

Is there any experience you think everyone should be required to have? What is it?

A job in the service or retail industry. It is the great universal equalizer—exposing you to every side of human behavior while teaching you patience, speed, and humility.
