The “Jess Sims Giveaway” Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 12:00 AM on August 1, 2023 (all times EST) and ends at 11:59 PM on August 15, 2023 (the “Contest Period”), during which one (1) winner will be selected from eligible entries to each receive one (1) annual Facet membership.

Eligibility:

This Contest is open to legal residents of the United States. Entrants must be 18 or older at the time of entry. No purchase necessary to enter or win. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Eligibility up to Facet’s discretion.

How to participate:

Entries can be completed by filling out the get started form located here during the Contest Period as described in the Giveaway description.

Selection of Winner: 

Entries will only be accepted during the Giveaway period. Potential winners will be selected through random draws from among all eligible entries received by the close of the corresponding drawing periods as outlined in Section “How to participate.”

The winner will be contacted by email within three (3) business days following the drawing. If the selected potential winner does not contact Facet to claim their Prize within three (3) days of receiving notice of the selection or the Facet is unable to make contact with the selected potential winner within three (3) business days of the selection date, another potential winner will be selected in accordance with these Contest Rules.

Entries and personal information: 

Each entry involved provides the entrant’s personal information to Facet. Each entrant agrees that if selected as a Winner, Facet may use his/her personal information (including name, email address, address, and/or telephone number) to administer the Contest and deliver the Prize. Personal contact information may be used by Facet for solicitation purposes. Please review Facet’s Privacy Notice and California Privacy Policy for additional information.

By participating in the Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Facet, Inc. (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.
