Apex Trading Authorization Agreement

I authorize Apex to execute trades in my Account at the direction of my advisor (included any Additional Authorized Advisors, if applicable) as provided in the Apex Account Agreement.

I indemnify and hold harmless Apex, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, costs and liabilities, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to (i) their reliance on this instruction and authorization and (ii) Apex’s execution of Advisor’s instructions.
