Foundations Fee Payment
The fee for a Foundations membership is $1,140 annually based on a monthly payment cycle. If a member chooses to pay the fee annually or quarterly, the fee is reduced for each of those levels. There are processing and servicing expenses incurred for each payment period which accounts for the difference in the overall fee payment and the ability of Facet to offer a lower overall fee for annual and quarterly payment options.
