If a member is not satisfied with their experience at Facet, they can request to cancel their Facet membership and receive a full refund of the annual planning fees by filling out the cancellation form located their Facet dashboard. Refund requests must be received within 30 days of the date the fee was charged. No other expenses, or market losses will be waived or reimbursed under this guarantee.

By requesting a refund, the member acknowledges that they are canceling their Facet membership and will no longer have access to the Facet dashboard. Members also acknowledge that Post the initial 30 day money back guarantee, all Facet memberships are non-refundable for the remainder of the annual subscription period. Facet reserves the right to discontinue or modify this guarantee in the future at any time in its sole discretion. In order to process your refund, you must make your request online. The cancellation request can be found by clicking on “Profile” on the member dashboard, then “Membership & Billing”; then “Cancel Membership”.
