ALL new Annual Members will be eligible to receive:
Facet will waive the initial enrollment fee of $250 for Core, Plus and Complete Members if you select an annual payment for your services. Facet Foundations Memberships are ineligible. All Memberships are non-refundable.
In order to receive the discount, Members must complete the following:
- Sign a Facet planning agreement between November 21 – 28, 2025.
- The discount based upon the service tier as listed above, will be applied to the annual membership fee due at signing.
What other details do I need to know?
- This offer is nontransferable.
- Facet reserves the right to change or end this promotion at any time.
- This promotion is not applicable to existing Members renewing service.
- Facet has partnered with Tremendous in order to deliver this promotional Visa Gift Card. Third party content is not guaranteed as to its accuracy or completeness.
- Visa Gift Cards will be fulfilled electronically via a unique link or message from Facet’s partnership with Tremendous, enabling eligible members to claim.
- Visa Gift Cards will expire 6 months from the date of issue.
- Should any dispute arise that could lead to a membership cancellation or membership tier change within the first year of membership, the amount of the Visa gift card will be netted from any cancellation settlement.
