What amount will the Member be rewarded?

The discounted renewal percentage amount will be based on the member’s currently selected service tier as follows:

• Core Membership – 25%
• Plus Membership – 35%
• Complete Membership – 50%

In order to receive the reward, Members must complete the following:

• Schedule and attend a meeting with a member of Facet’s Member Experience Team within 7 days of receipt of offer.
• Open a new Facet investment account(s).
• Initiate funding the new account (s) with at least $25,000 of cash and/or securities within 7 days of receiving this offer.
• The discount will be applied to the annual member subscription renewal.

What kind of confirmation of the reward will the member receive?

• Members will receive a confirmation email from a Facet Member Experience Team once they have qualified.

What other details do I need to know?

• The discounted renewal percentage will only be applicable for the members next renewal period. Annual membership fees following the initial renewal period will not be discounted.
• Each eligible account has unique features which you should consider prior to opening.
• Eligible account funding options include: Check Deposits, ACH transfer, ACAT transfer of securities from another custodian or a transfer and/or rollover from retirement plans.
• The new account must be owned by the same individuals who signed the Facet Planning agreement. For example, if two individuals signed a Facet Planning agreement, their new account must be a joint tenant account.
• Facet bills monthly, quarterly or annually, in advance depending upon the Member’s service level.
• All of Facet’s membership subscriptions are non refundable. Termination does not affect the Member’s obligation to pay these non-refundable fees through the end of the payment period outlined in the subscription.
• Monthly payments are not available for Core, Plus or Complete members.
• No further investment or trading is required to qualify for the offer.
• This offer is nontransferable.
• Facet reserves the right to change or end this promotion at any time.
• Members are eligible for only one investment reward promotion during any 12 month period.
• High-Yield Accounts are not eligible for this promotion.
• This promotion is not applicable to existing Members renewing service.
• This offer is not valid for non-U.S. Members.
• This reward may require a 1099 be issued to you.
