What amount will the Member be rewarded?

The reward will delay the member’s first annual membership subscription by three months.

In order to receive the reward, Members must complete the following:

• Schedule and attend a meeting with a member of Facet’s Member Experience Team within 7 days of receipt of offer.
• Agree that the members contract start date will reset to allow the three month subscription beginning the date the member meets with Facet’s Member Experience Team and will renew on the annual anniversary.

What kind of confirmation of the reward will the member receive?

• Members will receive a confirmation when the new renewal date is established.

What other details do I need to know?

• Facet bills monthly, quarterly or annually, in advance depending upon the Member’s service level.
• All of Facet’s membership subscriptions are non refundable. Termination does not affect the Member’s obligation to pay these non-refundable fees through the end of the payment period outlined in the subscription.
• If the member elects to terminate their agreement during the extension period, they may do so without any further penalties.
• Monthly payments are not available for Core, Plus or Complete members.
• This offer is nontransferable.
• Facet reserves the right to change or end this promotion at any time.
• This offer is not valid for non-U.S. Members.
• This reward may require a 1099 be issued to you.
