Refund Policy

All Facet memberships are pre-paid, non-refundable annual memberships. However, in the 30 days from when the fee was charged, if a member is not satisfied with their experience at Facet, they can request to cancel their Facet membership and receive a full refund of the annual planning fees by filling out the cancellation form located on their Facet dashboard. Refund requests must be received within 30 days of the date the fee was charged. No other expenses, or market losses will be waived or reimbursed under this Policy.

By requesting a refund, the member acknowledges that they are canceling their Facet membership and will no longer have access to the Facet dashboard. Members also acknowledge that Post the initial 30 days, all Facet memberships are non-refundable for the remainder of the annual subscription period. Facet reserves the right to discontinue or modify this Policy in the future at any time at its sole discretion. In order to process your refund, you must make your request online. The cancellation request can be found by clicking on “Profile” on the member dashboard, then “Membership & Billing”; then “Cancel Membership”.

Important Details:

  • This policy is valid for up to 30 days from when the Facet Planning Fee was charged.
  • Facet reserves the right to cancel or change this Policy’s terms and conditions or availability for Foundations members at any time.
  • For Complete members only: Activating your wealth.com account within the first 30 days of signing a planning agreement confirms acknowledgement that the first-year estate planning fee will be ineligible.
  • For any Core or Plus members who purchased a subscription to Wealth.com within the first 30 days of signing a planning agreement, the first-year estate planning fee will be ineligible.
